How to print these files.

Some of these files are jpegs, They are very easy to print.
Frist extract the files to a folder on your computer.

From Windows XP

Browse to the folder that contains the scans in Windows Explorer.

Select all the files you want to print and right click them.
Select Print.
Make sure there is a check mark next to all the of the thumbnails.
Press NEXT
Select your printer
Press NEXT
Under Available Layouts, select "Full page fax print"
Press NEXT

All pages you have selected should now be printing full size.

From Photoshop.

Open the file you want to print in Photoshop.
Click > File > Print with Preview

Under the Scaled Print Size section
CHECK "Scale to Fit Media"
Then press Print

You will need to do this for each file you want to print.
